My wife, Danna Van Noy, and I race a Porsche 991.2 Cup Car and coach each other after each event. Following our race with Porsche Owners Club (POC) at Buttonwillow Raceway, we thought it would be fun to narrate my race together, with her asking me questions like, "What were you thinking there?!" "Why are you getting passed??!!" We describe what goes through a racer's mind at the start, the first corner, and all the racecraft from start to finish. We cover tire degradation, driver fatigue, minimizing mistakes, capitalizing on others' mistakes, and driving at the limit for an entire sprint race.
