Mondays to Fridays are always hectic for those that work from home especially, because since you work from home, you may find it extremely difficult to prioritize your self care.
That's why you will get up from bed and walk straight to your laptop and begin work without even brushing your teeth. Chai!
These tips, I'd be sharing with you will help you prioritize self-care.
✓First know that life is short to be tampered with
✓ Only a healthy person functions actively and productively at work.
✓ Food is the main source of physical energy and revitalization.
✓ You need a healthy diet, a healthy tip and a healthy environment to thrive.
So, in the morning, after
✨ Your prayers
✨ Get to the tap and wash your hands thoroughly
✨ Drink enough water
✨ Practice the relaxation techniques (I explained this in a post before, you can scroll up to read through)
Then to prioritize your self care, during your working hours at home, practice;
1. Morning exercise like stretching your muscles and bones
2. Give yourself regular breaks. (Sometimes, stand up and walk around)
3. Have a popcorn near you, eat healthy snacks at work intervals
4. Don't forget to drink water
5. Schedule time for physical activity (e.g., lunch break)
6. Setup a conducive environment for yourself (you shouldn't work in a messy room because you're working from home, it have a way of distracting you, and making you uncomfortable too)
