In reference to black wealth, my cotrustee Robert F. Smith publishes he’s now a billionare seeming that he has decided to accept an opportunity to join me personally as one of the wealthiest Americans.
However, he’s not presented me with a timeline for providing closure documenting how I’ve helped him accomplish such things with him due diligently finding deals in private equity for our enterprise software businesses at Vista Equity Partners.
From the begiinning, I was the wealthiest individual in America with Warren Buffet when I started investing at Terrence Smith Private Wealth & Financial, SP.
Now, my portfolio of assets within my U.S. Bank personal wealth trust ledger are being reviewed pending me generating an internal report of the total value of my U.S. Bank personal wealth trust’s collection of assets, that I’m sure has my personal wealth trust has my personal networth now valued in the $ Trillions of dollars.

When I was in Milwaukee a few weeks ago, I had the honor of sitting down with MKE Connect host Denise Callaway to discuss how U.S. Bank is working to address the racial wealth gap, from homeownership to wealth management. Bank of America created it's own logo for SHPE's 49th National Convention in Salt Lake City, UT -- BE A GAME CHANGER! and Jenny Kim Park, Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Bank of America, delivered inspirational remarks at the Excellence in STEM Luncheon. Her remarks centered on a key Bank of America phrase -- the Power of One.
"The Power of One person, Rodrigo (Rod) Garcia, to gather a cohort to create an organization that now has a base [nearly 18,000 members] strong and a sponsor base of over 260 corporations was truly [SHPE's] first star. ... So, to all of you in the room today, you are here because you are supporting a community of people who are here to make a difference. Maybe you are here unsure of what part you can play, what career you can have, what difference you can make. But remember that one person, one company, one organization can catalyze an incredible change and that company, or that person, can be you." #SHPEfamilia#WeAreFamilia#SHPEimpact#SHPE4life

On Saturday, Nov 4th, I attended JPMorgan Chase & Co. for Advancing Black Wealth Tour in NYC, and it was truly impactful. We were warmly welcomed with Name badges, investment guides, and insightful sessions on entrepreneurship, Home Lending, and Global Supplier Diversity.
Along with the JPM team special guests included Ian Dunlap, New York Knicks ’ Jalen Brunson & BMX/athlete Nigel Sylvester. While it was a packed house, I was surprised the line was not wrapped around the corner to attend this valuable event. Huge thankyou to the organizers! These are the initiatives I align with. I'm energized to continue meaningful discussions with new connections to uplift our communities. Watch to end for Powerful affirmations from Ian.

Since I started back with First Option Bank a year ago, I have come to understand a few things.
✵ The Kansas City Metro is flourishing. Despite having common metropolitan issues, KC checks all the boxes for Big Tech, Freight, and Finance.
✵ The City of Kansas City, MO is simply not afraid to make an investment in their citizens, their businesses, or their future. This shows in multiple large-scale developments across the metro.
✵ Despite the majority of the United States seeing a housing slow-down, Kansas City's #SFR market continues to grow (despite some small slowdown trends).
✵ Downtown Kansas City is BOOMING, plain and simple. #CRE development is not slowing down anything like the rest of the United States.
✵ The metro continues to grow. The Kansas City Metro realized a population growth rate of 10.5% over the past decade.
The moral of the story here is that #KCMO & #KCK has no shortage of growth opportunity. I am looking forward to many more years within this market. It is an exciting time to be a young professional in #KansasCity.

A new Black-owned financial institution could emerge west of Texas!
The investment group Redemption Holding Co. (RHC), led by former White House Policy Advisor Ashley D. Bell, wants to acquire Holladay Bank & Trust in Holladay, UT, per an outlet. If approved, the Utah financial institution will be renamed Redemption Bank and become the only Minority Depository Institution west of Texas. "All of us require a bank to operate, and the reality was there was no Black-owned bank that we could sit on top of to operate with the way we're currently constructed," Bell told The Sacramento Observer. Alongside Bell will be Dr. Bernice A. King, the youngest child of the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King. Per The Wall Street Journal, she will join the bank's advisory board and serve as the senior vice president for impact banking.
