Our Delaware team had a wonderful time supporting Delaware Pride. They had great conversations and helped connect attendees to valuable resources. As sponsors, we were honored to contribute to an event that advocates for diversity and inclusion for all. #PrideMonth

Hi Connections, It takes no compromise to give people their rights. It takes no money to respect an individual. It take no political deal to give people freedom. It requires no survey to remove repression. It just takes a small step towards inclusion. Change your thoughts and allow your action to make the difference. #PiramalCapitalandHousingFinanceLimited #PrideatPiramal #PrideMonth #Hiring #LGBTQIAplus #CommunityMembers Connect : Siddhartha.gupta@piramal.com

How might we ensure that people feel that they belong?

This Garden Isn’t Finished Without You: RHS Flower Show Tatton Park from 17 to 21 July 2024 Let’s face it, no garden is ever really finished. How can it be when everything in it just keeps growing and changing? But, we’ve deliberately created space for the visitors to RHS Flower Show Tatton Park to add a flower to the garden – a flower that represents who they are. There’s space for everyone, and the garden isn’t finished without each contribution. Take a moment to reflect: how are you creating inclusive spaces in your church communities? Are there creative ways you could show your commitment to inclusion and diversity?

Global Head of Supply Chain Development and Sustainability Strategy | Championing Supplier Diversity | Driving ESG Integration
Thanks Financial Services Roundtable for Supplier Diversity (FSRSD) and all for the congratulations and kind words. As many have noted, $1B annually is not easy to come by and consistency requires a focus that goes beyond spend. I am thankful for current colleagues. I remain grateful for former colleagues and mentors such as Phyllis McCarley Wood who ushered me into the profession of Supplier/Supply Chain Diversity and who I accompanied (as part of my transition into the role of then incoming leader) to her role as pioneer having led my former company to inaugural BDR membership. We spoke from the outset of real opportunities, the efforts made by many to advance diverse supplier engagement, and why this effort, if important - would always require a strategy and support. The assignment was (in 2001) and is clear in 2023- maintain, but move beyond spend. It is a pleasure to be at a different company now having led the effort to become a BDR member, as well as work to maintain efforts to advance business diversity, development, and the strategic and collaborative efforts required for ongoing success. Thanks Phyllis McCarley Wood and Frank Jones for the foundation and mentorship so many years ago. Thanks Citi for the ongoing support. #supplychainmanagement #supplierdiversity #businessdiversity #gratitude
Congratulations to FSRSD member Citi and I. Javette Hines, Esq., CPSD,RP, global head of supply chain development, inclusion, and sustainability, on the company's recent induction to the BDRUSA. They join 38 other companies – including FSRSD members JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Bank of America – who each spend $1 billion or more annually on a Tier 1 basis with diverse suppliers.
