Why do your representatives not return calls or emails for weeks? is that taught in training or acquired? Why dont you have a working phone in 2020? Are there companies worse than yours in professionalism? You kinda expect it with bottomfeeders at a MCA....wait, are you a MCA? Not a complaint, just curious.
