We at Furbnow are thrilled to announce our strategic partnership with Surrey County Council to implement a groundbreaking Home Energy Improvement 'One-Stop Shop' pilot scheme. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in our mission to simplify and accelerate home energy upgrades across the UK.
The first 245 eligible homes can access a subsidised whole house assessment and Home Energy Plan from Furbnow. This plan provides a comprehensive roadmap for improving your home's energy efficiency, detailing recommended upgrades, their benefits, estimated costs, and the best order for installation.
Our partnership with Surrey County Council offers a suite of services designed to revolutionise home energy efficiency across the region. Furbnow provide end-to-end support for Surrey residents throughout the retrofit process, including subsidised home whole house assessments and Energy Plans for eligible properties. Homeowners gain access to our extensive network of pre-vetted, quality-assured contractors, ensuring top-tier workmanship for every project. Our streamlined project management and rigorous quality control processes guarantee smooth execution and optimal results.
This initiative is poised to deliver substantial impacts: we anticipate a significant reduction in residential energy consumption and carbon emissions, coupled with increased adoption of energy-efficient technologies in Surrey homes. Residents can look forward to improved comfort and reduced energy costs, while the local green economy stands to benefit from stimulated growth and job creation in the retrofit sector.
By promoting sustainable and energy-efficient practices, we're setting a new benchmark for community-wide energy initiatives. This partnership allows us to demonstrate the scalability and effectiveness of our innovative approach to home energy improvements on a broader scale. We're enthused about the opportunity to contribute significantly to Surrey's sustainability goals, paving the way for a greener, more energy-efficient future. Through this initiative, we're not just upgrading homes; we're building a sustainable ecosystem that benefits the entire community, positioning Surrey as a leader in residential energy efficiency.
