In the market for a meat slicer? Consider these factors before you start looking 👇🏼 - Product state (raw or cooked) - Product temperature - Product(s) you're slicing - Product size - Slice thickness - Slice orientation (horizontal vs vertical slice) - Slice style (fillet, only cutting off the ends, etc) - Product orientation (how it comes out of the machine) - Product presentation (stacked, shingled, interleave) - Type of controls - Safety features required in your facility - Ease of use - Ease of cleanability - Ease of movability (will you need to move the slicer regularly) ☝🏼 Knowing those before you start looking will make finding the right slicer for your application easier. #slicing #meatprocessing
