Much looking forward to the The Commonwealth session following Future Earth Ltd work in #Antigua for #SIRFFund to design the first in a new generation of #genderresponsive blended finance windows for the most vulnerable SMEs. We included gender targets of SMEs with 30% or more women’s representation in ownership, management or staff; and at portfolio level, at least 40% of the financing allocated must pass this threshold. Other criteria support the vision for a resilient productive society by Ambassador Diann Black-Layne to ensure money reaches those most in need.

Hey Bill, I'd like to be there as I'm from Canberra and grew up there. Its my home town.
However as I have a disability, as you know, as we know one another personally and belong equally as members to the same political party Australian Labor Party
I have no way to get there in that amount of time with a disability as it takes a lot of planning and coordination and arranging staffing in a non-exsustent labour force when I'm not well and need time to rest to have energy to participate. So even though I went to Yarraluma Primary School grew up just outside Queanbeyan, and I'm in Sydney, that's inaccessible for myself. It's impossible for me to self-represent in that respect in my home town. That's corruption mate. Clear as the nose on my face. Hands in pockets just not ours.
I may have economic capacity when others don't. Doesnt matter because that not mean ACCESS in thar time frame for people with disabilities to get there. That's impossible for me to get to around the requirements of my disability as a "so called Participant". Obviously you aren't having issues arriving in your professional capacity as a representative of my group of persons with disability. However in this way you have made this impossible for participate in representing myself my group with in the group of people with disability or other's to represent themselves to represent in their own capacity. That's corruption and lies and deceit. Plain as day. I am un able to self represent in my own capacity by your design.
That's a sham. Plain as day that's political manipulation for non-representation or exclusion of persons with disability by design. You are responsible as the minister.
The buck stops with you and I'd say it does after this stunt. You got to ho and now.
Peter Garrett fell on his sword regardless for the greater good but this, this is inexcusable as a member of our ALP and for ALL members and groups in our great land that out right abuse.
TIME'S TIME & ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
IT TIME FOR YOU TO STAND DOWN NOW
IT'S TIME
We have had inappropriate use of power in political process before with the dismissal and the involvement of Charles in an abuse of power and democracy.
We may be some of us blind by we know corruption and I know unions stand with me on this.
My Dad served the Unions and Gough and Refugees and he Named Names and Blew the Whistle when power was abused in at senate estimates he STOOD UP against corruption.
I know what's happening, its plain as day, as does everyone else, even if they are too scared to talk
Impossible for me to attend in my own capacity of representation of myself or my group as a member of those people who have disabilities. That's not only unfair is unjust. It's corruption. #auspol#unhcr#UNESCO#UNITEDNATIONS#crpdCapella UniversityUNSW

I’m not being a hater. Let’s have a serious discussion:
Why does any Institution of Higher Education feel that having alums who are delegates to a Political Convention is newsworthy?
THERE IS NO PURPOSE! That university is trying to engage in DEMOCRAT PARTY GOTV efforts.
Their federal funding should be CUT!
There are probably 50 Carolina alums who are delegates. A&T has several delegates and you don’t see their University promoting such a common occurrence.
I encourage the Administration at NCCU to stay out of politics and focus on fundraising (which last I read, was quite pathetic).
Get some of your alums to stop buying BMWs and give you $100 and perhaps we wouldn’t have to utilize so much of our tax dollars on landscaping over in Durham.
Black Institutions must stop playing SMALL BALL.
This type of BUSHLEAGUE activity is why Blacks as myself, who took Honors and AP courses and excelled DO NOT EVEN APPLY TO THESE SCHOOLS.

99 years ago today, 10 municipal leaders from across the country sat down together in Lawrence, Kansas for the first official meeting of the National League of Cities. On this important anniversary, I took some time to reflect on how much has changed and what has remained the same for our incredible organization in these last 100 years.
