I’m constantly hungry for creation—always looking to bring new concepts, ideas, and emotions to life. Whether it's visual art, performance, or an entirely new body of work, that craving to create never fades. It’s what drives me to explore, experiment, and push boundaries. Where we focus our attention, we shape our reality. The energy we give to our craft doesn’t just fuel our projects; it refines us as individuals. By honing our focus, we elevate not only our work but also our way of living. I’m always excited about the next piece, the next concept, the next feeling that needs to be explored. #ArtisticDirection #Creativity #Focus #Innovation #ElevateYourLife #ArtAndConcept

Do you know what one critical component keeps us together and inspired as we work on projects that have never existed before? Our common ideals. They bond us together strongly, and we place them at the heart of everything we do. Most importantly, we wish to share these beliefs with you. Learn what makes us DELIVERED.: 1) People: No idea can be born without people. And no idea is worth implementing if it doesn’t serve people. That’s why we value our team so much and those for whom we create our projects. At the end of the day, it’s all about people. 2) Scale: Whatever we work on, we keep a global picture in mind and always think about how we can scale our projects. We aim to unite and serve people worldwide. Such a mindset helps us effectively implement projects in various countries. 3) Longevity: We do not design projects that will just shine briefly and bring only short-term benefits. We constantly build long-term collaborations. And all of our initiatives yield long-term results that remain relevant as the business matures. 4) Reliability: We understand that when businesses begin to use new creative tools, they are taking a step outside their comfort zone. That is why we follow a totally transparent approach and stay in touch during the project and even after it has been completed. 5) Aesthetics: Beauty truly makes the world a better place. We understand the principles of psychology, and therefore our projects do not shock like some modern art exhibitions but only give positive emotions and aesthetic pleasure. We treat each of our projects as a work of art. Do you want to know more about what we do? "Your humanity makes me feel like I can also be human." A client shared this with our own Ariana Wolf during a strategy call today, and we couldn't agree more: this is what Flight Design Co. is all about. In every interaction, whether we're building and growing businesses, reviewing a design proof, or launching a new website, we prioritize a shared humanity. We want to understand the human behind the brand, and let that connection drive our work. Because when humanity leads, impact follows. #SharedHumanity #InclusiveDesign #FlightDesignCo #ImpactfulDesign

Have you seen The Sphere in Las Vegas rocking a 60-foot pumpkin? 🎃 It’s incredible how a venue can transform itself into something so memorable and unique that it becomes a cultural icon—especially during Halloween! The Sphere shows us the power of immersive experience in capturing attention. It's a masterclass in how unexpected, dynamic design can connect with people on a huge scale, using technology and creativity in equal measure. Every night, its facade tells a new story—reminding us of how important it is to stay adaptable, surprising, and in tune with our audience’s ever-changing expectations. Sometimes, the best way to stand out is to rethink what’s possible. The Sphere isn't just a structure; it's an experience that keeps people curious. Just imagine how we could apply that same curiosity and adaptability to our own fields. #Innovation #CustomerExperience #SubscriptionsGuy

We need to PITCH experience design to the world Experience Design can create meaningful change for people, animals, and the planet. By exploring diverse applications, we uncover new opportunities and reduce reliance on traditional demand for the skill (fueling consumerism). This entrepreneurial mindset keeps our field relevant and showcases design's value to a wider audience of potential clients. What can you do? Find a new audience and a unique challenge, maybe a small one. Use design to solve it and leave them saying, 'Well, I’ll be damned!'.

This year’s D&AD festival was an inspiring convergence of the creative community keen to gain new insights from the best-in-industry. There were many talks and jury panels giving a retrospective of the judging process and the stunning works in each category, as well as masterclasses for those who wanted to expand their expertise. D&AD started with an opening speech by CEO Jo Jackson about her plans to help emerging talent get into the creative industry with the new D&AD Shift Programme. There were various talks and panel discussions; some talks of note included a discussion on how to make the future irresistible by Brian Collins & Leland Maschmeyer of COLLINS. Tackling the challenge of going beyond boundaries and binaries in the Metaverse by LEANNE ELLIOTT-YOUNG of Institute of Digital Fashion, Suhair Khan of open-ended and Kadine James of Artificial Rome moderated by Amy Dick Global Brand & Impact Leader. Equally, the Jury Insights panel gave a great inside look into the judging process. Contributing Editor of Wallpaper, Amah-Rose McKnight-Abrams’s conversation with the Jury Panellists of Graphic & Type Design looked at the intersection of design, cultural roots, diversity and human interactions. Tackling the challenge of AI in film and direction in the Jury Panellists of Crafting Excellence hosted by Amy Frearson of Dezeen as well as the Jury Panellist of Luxury moderated by Lucy Lealand of Country and Town House. While the topics of each talk varied, a recurring theme was a renewed focus on craftsmanship, emphasizing the importance of hand-crafted excellence in a digital age. Identity systems underscored their role in creating cohesive brand worlds, while many brands showcased how they're breaking boundaries to engage a more diverse and wider audience. AI was highlighted as a tool to enhance experiential design rather than replace real intelligence. D&AD is an event that not only acts as a celebration of the many artists and creative industries but brings attention to the real challenges our world is facing today and how the industry can move forward. #dandadfestival24 #creativeinsights #designtalks #creativeexcellence #londonevents #creativecommunity #creativeinspiration #southbankcentre #shapingnewgenerationoftalents

As a designer and creative, it’s rare for things to go exactly as planned - though sometimes they come out just as they need to. I made the corset top below to go in coordination with the “Galactic Glamor” theme at an event I worked on. Although I have finished it since, my vision was initially not fully executed to my liking. This taught me that perfection should not be the goal, but instead the lessons learned through the process. How do you overcome perfection and allow yourself to focus on the process? #design #creativity #event

Check out this thought-provoking visual representation of the design process! Damien Newman's illustration perfectly captures the nonlinear journey from ideation to implementation. The organic evolution of a project is reflected in the meandering lines, celebrating experimentation and embracing ambiguity. It's not about a predetermined path, but rather an exploration of possibilities and a commitment to continuous improvement. #designthinking #innovation #creativity
