Last week was definitely one for the book!
Transforming an organization is never an easy feat and collaboration is needed to allow for knowledge to flow; where achievements are acknowledged, modeled, and adapted while also identifying areas for improvement. Tina Nugraheni as the MD for both ID and PH at Monroe Consulting Group realizes how important this is so we all can grow together.
I am fortunate enough to be invited to share how the team in Indonesia grow our healthcare industry in Indonesia; the challenges, the triumphs, and what motivates us to keep going. The past 2 years we have been blessed with tremendous growth and that can only happen when we continuously create and chase up every opportunity we can get our hands on while also continue to keep learning from every mishaps and failures.
During my visit to PH office, never once I feel like an outsider. The camaraderie is palpable and everyone is rooting for each other - this is something that I value a lot working in Monroe. I'm also fortunate enough to meet one of our key clients together with the team at PH and witness how committed the team is to achieve their goals.
What I take away from this trip is not only the weight gain from all the delectable treats and dishes in PH 😅 , I also realized that how we perceive change matters a lot in how we strategize moving forward. When we stick to what we know and the status quo, it's 0% chance for us to grow. However, as scary as it can be in shaking up the status quo, growth actually happens in those scary moments and how we prove to ourselves that we are bigger and better than those uncertainties and fear. The best thing about it is that we're not doing it alone, we're in this together ❤️
