This 113,470 sq ft industrial building, developed for CenterPoint Properties, features a warehouse with 23 docks, tenant improvements, and EV parking. Flashback Friday: Tower 12 - Hermosa Beach, CA Completed in 2017 for Baja Sharkeez Newport Beach company. 4,000 SF remodel of the former Fat Faced Fenner's pub into a beach lifestyle inspired bar/restaurant that included two bars, lift for disabled access, rooftop linear fire table, and casual lounge seating areas. One of several restaurant/bar renovations we've worked on alongside interior designer VANROOY design and Nelson Structural Engineers #architecture #interiordesign #restaurant
