FTB is delighted to announce that Armin Solimani and Gabriel Kocjancic-Nelson have both accepted invitations to join Chambers and become tenants today following successful completion of their pupillages.
Armin Solimani is building a busy practice across Chambers’ practice areas.
He is currently instructed as junior counsel to Gregory Jones KC in a statutory challenge to a compulsory purchase order, and recently appeared as sole counsel for a Parish Council in a two-day planning appeal hearing. He has gained extensive experience appearing as sole counsel before the Magistrates’ Court and licensing sub-committees. During pupillage, he was supervised by Isabella Tafur, Richard Honey KC, and Hugh Flanagan.
Gabriel Kocjancic-Nelson is also building a busy practice across all of Chambers’ practice areas, including public, planning and environmental law. Gabriel's recent experience includes successfully acting as sole counsel for a Rule 6 party at a three-day enforcement inquiry. He is currently instructed as sole counsel on behalf of a residents’ association in an ongoing High Court challenge to a local authority’s decision to allow the installation of telegraph poles in the area without conditions. During pupillage he was supervised by Hugh Flanagan, Ned Westaway and Isabella Tafur.
In appropriate cases, they are happy to work on a pro-bono basis.
If you would like to discuss Armin's or Gabriel's experience, availability or fees, please contact Paul Coveney, Senior Clerk on 020 7427 1847.
