There are proposed changes to the FLSA that will greatly INCREASE the population of overtime eligible employees; currently the exempt salary threshold is $684 per week, but under the new proposed rule, this would change to $1,059 per week. As an employer there will be more to this than configuring the dollars and cents to comply with this proposed regulation. While you’re working overtime and saving, fix your damn credit. you’re going to need every nickel you can get your hands on and everybody these days look at credit. If your credit sucks, so will you. 5. While you’re saving and fixing, read a book. Or maybe 50 or 100 about real estate. If you’re gonna watch TV, then watch TV shows about real estate. If you’re going to look at porn on your computer, then look at real estate porn (Zillow). If you’re bored on the weekend and you want to go cruise around, instead of going to the bar go to some open houses. 6. Then call me in a few years and I’ll help you get a loan.
