Gus Bilirakis, were present to witness President Biden sign this bipartisan legislation that will coordinate federal efforts around the Parkinsonian diseases, including PSP, CBD and MSA. This is great though it hits really hard. I cared for my 73 old mom ago was misdiagnosed with Parkinson’s for 6 years until at 73 she was given her true diagnosis of PSP. It was VERY DIFFICULT caring for her. It’s like a light flipped and her hands wrists and feet became contracted and she had hallucinations and delusions and my dad and I cared for her until she passed 30 months later. Rep. Wexton I know what lays ahead and I pray for you and thank you for your courage in advocating for people with PSP. I support any and all means to find a treatment and cure for PSP

This is wonderful news as I personally have family members diagnosed with Parkinson’s and lost a dear friend to PSP…..as well as the many people I have been fortunate to care for through out my career. 🙏

This is amazing, hits home to me. I was my mothers caregiver for 12 years as she battled through Parkinson’s. Hers was very aggressive and debilitating. She was strong and fought with all her might. She was extremely young passing at the age of 57, due to other complications. 🫶🏼❤️ Thank you for fighting for this!

Yes, this is a personal journey for someone who is living with Parkinson’s, so yes, this is Personal!
