‘Know Your Colleague – KYC’ is a platform through which we intend to make our colleagues working in the last mile at various locations across the organization known to all of you. Most of the times we are unaware of a colleague of ours who is working at a remote corner but is continuously contributing to the success of the organization. We do not want them to stay in the oblivion any longer. They are the unsung heroes who deserve recognition of being a valued family member of Gainwell. ‘KYC’ would help us know our colleagues better- their latent talents, interests, personal accomplishments, likes & dislikes and also their family members thus fostering a feeling of they being an integral part of the Gainwell family.
