Same team lost world cup 6 months back, but their dream to win cup didn’t die. Team never lost hope, captain and coach both of them shown trust & confidence on their team members. Last 6 months team kept on winning matches…eventually it has become their habit. Winning T20 world cup, it shows dedication, persistence and developed never say die attitude. Point to be noticed that in T20’2024 they have won all matches. This world cup taught us many managements lesson which we either read or listen by trainers in training room. Few take away from this match for me – (a) clarity on goal; (b) minutely execute plan; (c) enjoy each winning moment with team; (d) have trust & confidence on each member – all are gold; (e ) don’t get disappointed or frustrated at any time and last but not least which is very important – “Never Stop Dreaming”. Now India is T20 champion, time of all of us to enjoy this moment…and let not stop dreaming to get another championship in coming times.
