This is about Scheduled Departure Time. The Scheduled Departure Time of Life. Often while travelling by Flight / Train / Bus, we read this terminology. We are so used to it that we hardly give it a thought. It’s in our reflex now. Just like the time of departure of our flight ✈️ / train 🚆 / bus 🚍 is scheduled, the departure of ours from this earth is also scheduled. Recently, 2 very close people left us for Swarg on the same day at different places but with same reason: Cardiac Arrest / Heart Attack. That made me further realise: Let’s ensure the time we have for our journey on this earth is full of health. Either “To ensure your scheduled departure time is long enough, you must stay healthy.” Or “If you are a believer, scheduled departure time is destined to be long enough, you will eventually adapt to healthy lifestyle.” Stay put on the Earth.

Sweating. Shortness of breath. Dizziness. These are all effects attributable to extreme heat. Some possible solutions to lessen these effects are: (1) hydrating before and during any exposure to the sun; (2) traveling (if on foot) in shaded parts of the area; and (3) staying inside when possible.
