Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are not just cells but potential game-changers as disease modifiers. Gallant works to set a new standard in #animalhealth. MSCs have shown promise in #regenerativemedicine, tissue engineering, and treating various diseases. Explore our scientific approach and how we're blazing a path to bring off-the-shelf stem cell therapies to pets suffering from debilitating diseases. https://bit.ly/3RjB71X #biotechnology #innovation #stemcells

Setting new standards in regenerative medicine for animals “Gallant Therapeutics isolates and grows mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from the uterus – tissue normally discarded during spaying-from FDA-qualified donors. MSCs help normalize aberrant immune responses by engaging with several subsets of immune cells (T-cells, B-cells, NK cells and dendritic cells), either through direct contact or through secretion of immunomodulatory factors.” Kristin Peck Sue Ettinger Jane Sykes Kathryn Meurs Aaron Massecar Ira Gordon Boaz Arzi Dori Borjesson Peter Weinstein Bob Murtaugh, DVM, MS Andrew Hoffman

There are many quiescent mesenchymal stem cells in all areas of the body(human or animal) it is more about proper localized activation of the many millions of existing mesenchymal cells versus adding more to the mix. There are many activating pathways and Cell Differentiation Enhancememt is one . We have seen the results in wounds, DFUs, burns and trauma care. Bioscaffolds are another activating step often needed for optimal outcomes with MSCs . Adding this extra step to any cellular regenerative application can only expedite and improve the desired outcomes.
