Leading With Strengths - Ellyn Shook
This is a great example of how a strengths-based approach can transform performance management. It's inspiring to see a company like Accenture embracing this shift from "feedback" to "feed-forward". I look forward to watching the full interview to learn more about their experiences and insights. Thank you for sharing, Gallup!
Having walked the journey at Accenture using strengths I found the approach immensely powerful as it is skill I still practice in my life after Accenture.
Ellyn Shook’s statement, "When people work in the intersection of what they are great at and what they want to do, that’s when the magic happens," truly resonated with me. It was also inspiring to hear how Accenture, with over 740,000 employees, has used the strengths-based approach to create a thriving and dynamic, people-centric workplace.🌟
feed-forward, I like it!
Charles Mah feed forward is a communication and leadership practice that I learned from you. You're an inspirational leader that knows how to infuse kindness, empathy and care while delivering practical and actionable feed forward. Thanks for teaching me about feed forward.
I so enjoyed this interview at the Gallup At Work summit last month.
Such a great interview. Was glad to be there in person for this one.
Great to be a part of this 😊
