Have you ever done an energy audit to help you find your zone of genius? I haven't, but on reflection I've been in that 'Zone of Excellence' where you are great at doing your job but not enjoying it and burning out. It follows the idea of being in a 'flow state' or 'in the zone'. Thanks Matt Schnuck for sharing the concept and I am going to do this over the next few months and focus on those energy giving tasks.
