Being upfront and transparent about your expectations with influencers is best for everyone. Otherwise it comes across as bait-n-switch. Having strings attached is not a bad thing!

Run both – but definitely don’t ask seeded influencers for a shout out (this goes against the whole point of seeding!). Seeding acts as a great way to build relationships and funnel into paid – when we implement both together we see the best results.
