Happy Pride Month. Happy pride Month. Happy pride month. My name is Garrett Reeb, my pronouncer He hem and I'm a director of product here at game time. My name is Bree Arlington. My pronouns are she her and I am a senior manager on the creative team. My name is Joyce, Pronouns are she her and I am a senior manager for the offline marketing team. Bijan here. Hit him with a fan happiness team. My name is Tyler and my pronouns are he him. I'm a senior mobile engineer and I'm an aromantic asexual. My name is Sarah McMahon. My pronouns are she, her and I'm a member of the marketing team as our Senior Director of Communications and go to market. Hi, Milana, My pronouns are she, her and I'm a product data scientist here at game Time. What Pride means to me, which is honestly everything, informs so much of my humor and how I interact with people every day, which I'm sure anybody in fan happiness can tell you probably about to me is just about celebrating who you are. I'm gay all year round, but during June they're a lot more parties to celebrate. Pride Month is important to me as a bisexual woman because it's a time of celebration of your joy and community, but it's also a time to honor those who had to fight in order for us to have. All of that in the 1st place. I try to live every day of my life like it's pride because one of my favorite quotes and a mantra that I try to live by is you have to be brave with your life so that others can be brave with theirs. To me, Pride Month is all about self-expression in community. It's a reminder to be true to myself no matter how weird that may be, and to help others as they go on their own journeys of self exploration. What Primark means to me is that it allows me to be proud of who I am, no matter who I love. To me, Pride Month is a moment to celebrate authenticity and I think being authentic. And being your authentic self means telling your truth to yourself as well as to others. I'm very fortunate that here I've never felt like my voice has mattered less just because I'm queer at game time. It really is one team, one dream, not really making me feel safe and supportive, not just this month, but all year round. What's special about being at game time is that honestly, from day one, I felt not just supported and safe, but encouraged to be out and proud and to just be myself. And on top of having an incredibly tight knit group of queer people here, we've got a great group. Of allies who show every day that they want to learn and support and createspace for their career counterparts. The LGBTQ IA plus community here is alive and well and has a pretty tight knit underground vibe to it. It's pretty easy to connect with other game time folks in the community and you just kind of had an instant bond. I appreciate that. I'm grateful that our people team at Game Time creates moments throughout Pride Month and all year long to connect as a community and deepen our purpose as one team. I'm really grateful to the people at Game Time who've always been really curious to learn more about the LGBTQ plus community through engaging panel discussions and fun trivia. I just think it's a really great way to break down barriers and get to know your peers more, especially those who have you know different lived experiences than you and can really offer a new perspective. I really love that Game Time makes me feel valued just by allowing me to be my most authentic self, and I'm just so honored to know that Game Time acknowledges the LGBTQ community and all the progress that has been made towards LGBTQ rights. To encourage everyone at game time to express allyship. One way that we can do that is to make a concerted effort to bring diverse voices to every table and ask questions that really will help us all to learn from marginalized communities. Know how much it means to my younger self to be able to see out and proud people at work who we could relate to. Seeing others and being seen is really powerful. Keep showing up to work as your authentic selves because representation in the workplace really matters. Those were still figuring things out or may be questioning. Take your time, don't be afraid to be weird. Your pride will be waiting for you. And for those of us who have figured it out, let's keep waving those flags so they can find their way home. To all my queer siblings here at game time, you've been the best part of joining this team. I love every chance I get to work and to hang out with you. This is our month, so let's make our joy.
