Welcome to Washington Irving Memorial Park! Located in Bixby, Oklahoma, this public park and arboretum is named after the renowned American writer Washington Irving, who camped in the area in October 1832 during his expedition to explore the western United States. In honor of his adventurous spirit, a vibrant new custom playground featuring a variety of thrilling climbing adventures was created. Each climber offers a different level of excitement, ensuring that every family member can find an activity perfectly suited to them. Congratulations to Cunningham Recreation and the Bixby community for championing intergenerational play!
