🎄Merry Christmas to All! 🎄 As we celebrate this magical season, I take a moment to count my blessings and reflect on an incredible, transformational year. 🙏This year, we finally set “home”, a milestone that fills my heart with gratitude. 🙏We also relocated our office to Larnaca (even if it’s still in temporary offices, progress is progress, right? 😉 🙏Professionally, there have been pluses like a few success stories, incredible business milestones, and speaking at amazing conferences that enriched my journey. 🙏On the other hand, there were minuses, like not organizing the Go Digital Cyprus Conference this year. But you know what? Sometimes you need to pause, reflect, and focus on what truly matters. Priorities shifted, lessons were learned, and boundaries were set, valuable steps in my ongoing journey of self-discovery and growth. 🙏Looking back, I feel a deep sense of pride in myself for the progress made, the challenges faced, and the lessons learned. Each step has brought me closer to knowing my true self and embracing the power of setting boundaries. 💗💗 To all of you, may this Christmas bring love, peace, and clarity to your hearts. The company I work for, Kaltura (the one and only), just hosted a great session on 'How to Ignite your LinkedIn personal brand' with brand experts Ben Biron 🎗️and Adi Hendler. It was one of the many personal enrichment sessions that the company offers and I have to say, it inspired me to put on my big girl pants and write my very first post (it's a bit longer than advised, but I promise I'll do shorter ones in future). So here goes ... 🍷 Holidays always stir up feelings, and this holiday has me feeling particularly stirred up. As Passover approaches, the parallels between the tale of liberation and Israel's current challenges are striking. I know many people are conflicted about celebrating at such a time. Some might set an extra seat at the table in honor of the hostages instead of the traditional cup for Elijah; some might celebrate as a sign of resilience, sending a message that they refuse to be defeated; others might choose not to celebrate at all, but one thing I'm sure of is that every one of us will have the hostages in our hearts and minds this holiday. 💔 On a personal note, our company suffered a huge loss on Oct 7, losing an employee and deeply affecting others. But even amidst the sadness, there's an incredible spirit of resilience, innovation, and forward-looking at Kaltura that's truly inspiring. It's one of the reasons I love being part of the hi-tech community, and I feel incredibly blessed to work for a company that cares deeply for its employees, pulling together and checking in with each other during tough times. 🍞 So no matter how you choose to spend this holiday, whether you're observing or not, I wish us all a smooth navigation, and brighter days ahead. I can't say I won't miss the bread and pastries at our amazing company breakfasts, but I'll look at it as a reminder to always appreciate even the smallest things in this precious, precarious life.
