Videos taken 3 or so years apart. About 2 years ago, one of the bios was full of algae and has been already cleaned, so there's already been significant remediation work done. I must insist, imho the issue was created by: - landscape architect grading the earth surrounding the GPT *towards* the GPT, without consideration to maintenance, - Council not figuring out they own the thing until many moons later. I can't blame any of those involved though, the process is so cumbersome, something like this is bound to happen in 99% of cases.
