What is a luxury brand seeking when choosing an ambassador from a different field? Like why would a luxury bag/suitcase brand select a presenter from music? Luxury brands often look beyond their immediate industry when selecting brand ambassadors, and there are several strategic reasons for this: 1. Expanded reach: By partnering with celebrities from diverse fields, brands can tap into new audiences and demographics they might not otherwise reach. 2. Prior art/ rights searches must now include Traditional Cultural Expressions. Louis Vuitton, whose blouse designs drew inspiration from traditional Romanian blouse motifs, is not the first company to be publicly exposed for this type of issue. In another field of intellectual property, patents, WIPO recently adopted a treaty requiring patent applicants to disclose the origin of genetic resources and associated traditional knowledge in their applications. Respect for the know-how, cultural traditions, and genetic resources within indigenous communities is clearly on the agenda and requires increased vigilance from all economic actors. Amélie Diéterle est une comédienne française, née à Strasbourg le 20 février 1871 et morte à Cannes, le 20 janvier 1941. Elle est légitimée à Paris en 1892 par le capitaine Louis Laurent, chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur. Amélie Diéterle s'est mariée à Vallauris le 16 juin 1930 avec André Simon (1877-1965). Amélie Diéterle joue principalement au Théâtre des Variétés à Paris au cours de la Belle Époque. Sa collection d'œuvres d'art est impressionnante. Amélie Diéterle possède des toiles remarquablement signées : Manet, Delacroix, Degas, Pissarro, Renoir, Sisley, Daumier, Corot, Dethomas, Roll, Vallotton, etc. Elle est ici photographiée assise devant son piano dans le salon de son appartement parisien, au 68 boulevard Malesherbes où de prestigieuses peintures ornent les murs. En haut à droite, une partie du tableau : La baigneuse endormie de Renoir.
