Yesterday, we celebrated Gap Inc. at the ringing of the New York Stock Exchange opening bell, marking our 55th anniversary as a brand and our stock ticker changing from GPS to GAP. Wearing some of our most iconic jeans, from our 90s Loose to our Baggy Jean, the trading floor was taken over by the very fabric that made us who we are today — denim! I was an Assistant, Associate, General, and District Manager for Gap Brands for over 20 years. My daughter took her first steps in a Gap Kids store and some of my lifelong friends have come from there. Good people, good company culture, good jeans.

I spent 8 great years working in the Real Estate Department with Gap Inc and over 10 years working with Banana Republic Factory Store - still my favorite jobs! Hooray for 55 years and going strong!
