Officer Cabrera has been selected as the June Employee of the Month. Officer Cabrera routinely goes above and beyond in the performance of his duties. He is a leader and mentor to the other officers on his squad and a great source of knowledge for the new officers he trains as a field training officer (FTO).
Officer Cabrera comes to work daily with a good attitude and a desire to do good police work. This is reflected in the results he produces and the credibility he has among his peers. Officer Cabrera gets along well with community members and always positively represents the department. He attends numerous community events and is always willing to speak with members of the public.
Congrats Officer Cabrera!

Prevent duty training: Learn how to support people susceptible to radicalisation

In these training courses, you will learn about:

The recent Professional Development seminar, led by Paul Matthews, highlights a fantastic opportunity for experienced police officers to have their skills and research formally recognised through accreditation. It’s great to see the value of police expertise being acknowledged in this way, and I encourage this to be circulated widely across the policing profession.
However, it’s also a reminder of the missed potential—previous policies from the NPCC and government moved away from enabling a wider range of officers to reap the benefits of Higher Education. Modern policing is undeniably operating at a graduate level, and it’s vital that we continue to recognise this. Let’s ensure that the hard-earned knowledge of police professionals is properly accredited and appreciated. https://lnkd.in/erGRUUru.

If you are a state policymaker (or advise one), consider legislation that requires the national recommended amount of AVI training for law enforcement agencies and SROs. This training is critically needed to save the lives of both victims and first responders in the event of a mass shooting.

By no means do we have it all figured out in Michigan but the work we continue to do paid dividends in Oxford, at Michigan State University, and during other tragedies.
Whether you're involved in prevention, response, investigation, or recovery ... I created the 7th Annual North American American Active Assailant Conference (NAAAC) for YOU and those you serve.
Nowhere else in the world can you immerse yourself in this topic like you can at the NAAAC.

Living in dangerous circumstances on the street, without a home, (a university educated ,Preparatory School raised Sales & Administration Professional (35 Years), nil history of recreational experimentation, (narcotics or elicit street drugs), nil history of mental health issues nor breakdown). I, Brenda Lee Anne Walsh have absolutely no street smarts or skills to address or adapt to the dangerous circumstances that arise.
Canada does NOT have immediate recourse other than 911, to address threats, hostility or escalating violence towards women, violated under the Trudeau Government, denied housing under the Trudeau Government, despite a 35 Year Tax Foundation.
Message centers for RCMP should be standard protocol to address & investigate crime & criminals in the community.
Please officiate a formal apology to the UNNAMED administrator who left two messages on my voice-mail regarding policies and procedures with voice-mail messages
Last week, following a threatening incident (Thursday 8AM forward) I called Secwepemc RCMP to address matters with Watch Commander Sasha Fesenko, who has an Official Copy of my Official Statement to Sir Michael Hill & Michael Hill Head Office Corporate Australia (Leave of Absence Crime Disclosure January 6 2017) that has cost my daughter & I , almost everything.
Diamonds and Diamond Stock are big business, & I represent & honoured THE NATIONAL COMPETITOR TO THE CANADIAN DIAMOND INDUSTRY AND STOCK ALLOCATIONS.
I have waited seven years for those named in Leave of Absence Crime Disclosure and Karen Elizabeth Fisher Radic to be addressed, investigated & charged simultaneous to a Federal Protection Order for Brenda Lee Anne Walsh.
Former PM Stephen Harper Economist would confirm my Employment Rights have been completely violated and my safety , as a long standing tax payer and a MOTHER have been placed at risk.
I was blatantly rude to a professional young staff member , in my rage, & ask for her forgiveness at this time.
Please accept my apology for my behavior, my anger & hatred for incompetent PM Trudeau, was misdirected, & a result of the void of police protection for organized crime witnesses in Canada.
Seven years without Justice has played a heavy toll on my life, with RCMP grossly underfunded, understaffed & without specialized administration for organized crime circumstances, places Canadians at risk, & below Commonwealth Standards.
This circumstances is the direct result of unethical politicians without appropriate education, now elected officials THE authority over our nation & our mismanged tax directives.
Happy Mother's Day
