Are constant layoffs, limited growth, and unappreciated effort making you question your corporate career? My clients found an answer: franchise ownership. Job insecurity and stagnant careers can take a toll on anyone. Countless times, I've heard stories of dedicated employees putting in blood, sweat, and tears, only to be cast aside in a heartbeat due to restructuring or the whims of upper management. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀? That's the power of business ownership, and franchising is a fantastic way to make it a reality. On a positive note though, you can think of your current job as a springboard, not a prison. Use it to gain valuable skills, experience, and even financial resources. Then, leverage that acquired knowledge to take the reins and steer your career towards the success you deserve; a world where you're the boss, like probably what you have always wanted. Franchising provides a proven business model, industry expertise, and ongoing support - everything you need to build a future that reflects your aspirations. Becoming a franchise owner isn't a walk in the park, but the rewards are immeasurable. Picture yourself calling the shots, setting your own schedule, and reaping the fruits of your own labor. Imagine the pride of building a thriving business that makes a real difference in your community. But it's not just about work. That's the beauty of franchising. It can offer you the flexibility to prioritize what matters most to you, like spending precious time with family, pursuing your hobbies, or giving back to causes you care about. All while owning and operating a successful business. That's the life franchising can offer. 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀? I'm here to guide you every step of the way! I'll answer your questions, explain the process, and connect you with the perfect franchise opportunity that aligns with your goals and passion. Could 2024 be the year to flip the script on your career choice? It's no secret that the beginning of the year is traditionally a time of reflecting on what worked and didn't work in the previous year and where we want to make new plans and adjustments for the new one. Unfortunately, coming into 2024, layoffs are still happening, and company loyalty is proving to be an empty promise. It may be time to think about the dreams you put on the shelf when you thought your current role would be enough to deliver what you wanted. It's time to intentionally bring those dreams back into focus and explore the exciting opportunities that await. Could 2024 be the year to flip the script on your career choice and take the first step toward business ownership? Why a franchise? 1. Nobody starts from zero! Franchisors will give you everything you need in training, marketing support, and sales help. While each concept and company are different, a franchise is basically a business in a box ready for you! All you have to do is invest the money and time and go! 2. Ongoing Support When you invest in a franchise concept, the franchisor will train you to have all the information you need and help you find territory if you've invested in a concept that requires a physical location. Even better, this initial help and support doesn't stop once you get your business up and running. It continues for as long as you own your business, allowing you to go further faster! 3. You get to talk to current franchisees. This opportunity does not exist anywhere else. Having the chance to speak with past and existing franchisees lets you know exactly what you're getting into and if it's a right fit for you BEFORE committing to anything or spending any money. 4. The end results. You may decide to sell your business at some point. When that day comes, the person who comes to purchase your business from you will get all these same benefits from the franchisor. They will handle the onboarding, training, and support, so you don't have to. If this is the year that you finally decide to learn more about the world of franchising, I would love to help. Put some time on my calendar for a quick call to find the answers you need. https://buff.ly/3CElJ9c

A lot of people buy a franchise and they end up buying a job. At Rolling Suds, we’re looking for franchisees who wants to buy assets, not jobs. Initially when you start a business, you learn EVERYTHING. How the P&L works, how to hire, train, fire and then you start to “fire yourself” from roles. When I launched Rolling Suds, it was only me and the founders. Now I have 17 employees supporting franchisees. I want franchisees to be able to scale like that, so we’ve built systems to help them. They’ll get there quicker than if they did it on their own, and that’s the beauty of a franchise. Follow along if you like scaling businesses and want to watch me built the biggest power washing company in the world.

Having a 9-5 used to be a way to "guarantee" a paycheck... But anymore, is there really any sort of security or guarantee? It seems like every week another company is making massive company-wide layoffs. And with AI advancing QUICKLY there's likely going to be another major shift in the workforce. In my opinion, as long as there's a boss or owner above you... You have no sense of security. Because you could be doing everything right... But ultimately, the fate of your job is a decision outside of your control. With entrepreneurship though, you have a LOT more control. Nobody can fire you from your own company lol. Don't get me wrong, it's definitely more difficult... And you carry the pressure of being responsible for everything. However, YOU are in control. If the business isn't generating money, it's within your control. If you want to increase your income, it's in your control. For me, this was always something I desired. I just wanted control over my life, my schedule, and my outcomes. Unfortunately, I tried the "traditional" way of entrepreneurship multiple times and it just didn't work out... Until I found franchising. Franchising gave me a foolproof business model to replicate, systems to follow, and marketing to use to generate $2.7 million in sales. While having control over my life, my schedule, and my outcomes. So, if you want to take control of your life in 2024 and start your own business... Then I highly suggest you check out my newest mini-course on franchises. It's 100% free and I'll show you how franchises work, how to make money with them, and where to find the most profitable ones. Just DM me the word "BETA" and I'll send you the details to get FREE access.

When the world of 9-to-5 suddenly vanishes, it’s easy to feel lost. You're constantly hovering over one thing, "Now what?" Amidst this uncertainty, More and more people are exploring semi-absentee franchises. Why? Because they offer the perfect balance— stability without demanding your full-time presence. They require less than 15 hours a week on-site. Without the need to abandon existing employment. During economic downturns, Semi-absentee franchises in sectors such as healthcare, cleaning, and food services tend to perform well. They meet fundamental consumer needs. Investors are increasingly drawn to these sectors, recognising their resilience amidst economic challenges. It’s a hedge against economic uncertainty and a ticket to reclaiming control. And the best part? You don't need to be an expert in every business detail. You need to be strategic. The wave of layoffs is tough. But it’s also creating opportunities to build something sustainable and on your own terms. PS- Would you consider a semi-absentee franchise as your next move? #layoff #usa #franchising #franchiseconsultant #linkedin

𝑯𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒑𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒆, 𝑳𝒊𝒏𝒌𝒆𝒅𝑰𝒏. Apparently, I'm the hottest new prospect in the franchise game. At least according to my inbox. #FranchisorFever is real, y'all. Lemme tell ya what. The closest I ever got to being this sought after Was when I was the second-to-last pick for dodgeball in gym class. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐚 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐱 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤: "𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚?" "𝐖𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲!" ▸ Not gonna lie, that one lost my attention real fast. "𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 '𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢-𝐀𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥!'" ‣ Pretty sure my resume screams "I need more coffee." ‣ And I am pretty present for all my work. "𝐖𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐬!" • Because apparently, Ronald McDonald needs a new BFF? • Move over Officer Big Mac, John's the new Sheriff in town. Listen, flattery will get you everywhere, but a franchise ain't it. My love life in high school was less active than my inbox right now. Don't get it twisted because here's the thing. ✦ Between my current gig ✦ 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐠𝐮𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧 ✦ And, you know, maintaining my sanity with a semblance of personal life My dance card's full. So, unless we're talking about 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐬 Let's file that under "𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬" I'm gonna have to pass on the franchising fiesta. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐲, I appreciate you thinking I'm franchise material. And in all seriousness, if you're struggling to fill IT positions in your companies, 𝐡𝐢𝐭 𝐦𝐞 𝐮𝐩! My recruiting skills are on fire Unlike my desire to own a diaper service franchise. 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲? Maybe tailor your recruitment strategies a bit. 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞'𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞. P.S. Got a franchising pitch that could actually tempt me? Drop it in the comments – I could use a good laugh. P.P.S. Seriously though, about those taco trucks... anyone got a legit business plan? Asking for a friend.

Starting Home Run Franchises was the biggest risk I ever took. I went in alone, without partners or outside money. Instead of just one business, I launched three: Up Closets, Dryer Vent Superheroes, and The Lighting Squad. Now, in our fourth year, we're thriving with strong earnings, a great team, and solid systems. It wasn’t easy, but looking back, I wouldn’t change a thing. If you're thinking of starting or buying a franchise, it’s tough, but hard work can make it one of the best decisions you ever make. #EntrepreneurialJourney #FranchiseSuccess #BusinessRisk
