As Pride Month draws to a close, I would like to reflect on the strides made toward equality and the work that still needs to be done. The celebration of diversity, equity and inclusion is not confined to one month but is a continuous journey. For me, celebrating Pride is about building resilience and renewing my commitment to building a more inclusive investment industry. By embracing diverse perspectives, we not only foster a culture of innovation and inclusion but also unlock greater potential for success and impact. To this end, the CFA Institute DEI Code is a roadmap for a more inclusive investment industry. This transformative code provides a structured framework supporting employers, executive leaders, investment professionals, DEI specialists, and HR professionals in crafting impactful and measurable strategies to enable better people management in the investment industry. Let's continue to champion inclusion, recognizing that every voice adds value to our collective mission. Together, we can build an industry where everyone feels respected, empowered, and valued every day of the year. #Pride #Inclusion #Diversity #Resilience
