We recently had an incredible Soaring Valor trip out of Central Florida, where we honored our amazing WWII veterans. Their courage, sacrifice, and stories continue to inspire us all. These heroes have left a lasting mark on history, and their legacy will live on through us. We were especially moved by the Air Force JROTC cadets who accompanied our veterans. This Soaring Valor not only bridged the generation gap, but also inspired the next generation of American heroes. This program, made possible by our partnership with The National WWII Museum and American Airlines, helps preserve these important stories and ensures their sacrifices are never forgotten. Thank you to The National WWII Museum and American Airlines for making this journey unforgettable.
I love what you do for these guys. They are so deserving of everything.
God bless the Greatest Generation and the sacrifices they made for our freedom. We have lost and are losing so many of them. Honor them and listen to their stories. They stared hell in the face so we and future generations don’t have to do so. God bless them and their families and God Bless America! 🙏🏻❤️🤍💙🇺🇸
Awesome. I love when I run into those trips at the airport.
My Dad did an Honor Flight 2 years back. He loved it. He and one other man were the only WWII vets on it. Times running out unfortunately and there’s only a couple hundred thousand of them left.
The Gary Sinise Foundation does such an outstanding job on these Soaring Valore trips. It first class all the way like it should be.
My Dad was a WWII veteran and I’m so happy for what you do for these veterans.
My Dad served in World War II in the 517 of 82nd Airborne. Five major battles and was wounded twice. He loved this country and volunteered the first time when he was 16. He was turned down for pilot training, but then enlisted in the Army and the 82nd Airborne. He was selected for the 517 "Battling Buzzards", as they were called. He loved this country and served as a guard for treaty negotiations and as General Eisenhower's Honor Guard at the signing ceremony. He was an Expert Marksman and Weapons Specialist. Honor and Tribute to all of our Veterans.
This museum is amazing. The replica of the German gun turret view looking at Normandy Beach, is a stark reminder of what our young men walked right into, selflessly sacrificing their lives for freedom. My father, God rest his soul, landed DDay +12 and said our guys on DDay were sitting ducks. God bless the souls of the Greatest Generation. 🇺🇸🙏❤️
If ever anyone reading this finds themselves in New Orleans please make a day to walk The National WWII Museum. It is one of the most amazing places I have ever seen.

2moMy father and his two brothers served in WWII. My father went in at 18 yrs. of age. Never had been outside of the small town in Oklahoma where he lived. Next thing you know he's in Europe. When he went home he was Tech Sergeant and had seen more than he wanted to, (Auschwitz) His brothers went to Africa and the other the Pacific. All made it home but you could see it changed them. But they were proud to serve their country.
