What an exciting week it's been at inFeedo as we wrapped up our inaugural Org-wide Gen AI Hackathon! 🚀 We had an incredible time unleashing our creativity and pushing boundaries! 🌟 Teams came together to brainstorm ingenious ideas for enhancing Gen AI across our product lineup, and the energy was electric during our All Hands presentation. 💡 Here's what teams were judged on: 🤖 AI Innovation - Teams earned points for innovative thinking and crafting unique AI solutions that seamlessly integrate with our products. 💥 Business Impact - We evaluated ideas based on their potential to drive significant change and deliver exceptional results. 🌱 Scalability - Teams showcased how their ideas could scale and adapt over time. 🎤 Presentation Skills - The quality of presentations and communication prowess during pitches was a crucial aspect of evaluation. 🏆 Thrilled to announce our triumph at PharmaHack's prestigious annual Machine Learning Hackathon! 🚀 "Never fear a storm, learn to dance in the rain." - Vivian Greene Have you ever wondered how you know you've found the right team? When faced with choices A and B, despite B being a sure win due to past experience, we boldly opt for A! Louis Martinez, Aman Dalmia, and Athavan Thambimuthu stand out as the finest team I've ever worked with. Their technical prowess, impeccable communication skills, unwavering passion for learning, and remarkable maturity made this journey unforgettable. Through analyzing dynamics and top engineers' ways of thinking, I've gained invaluable insights. Honestly, the journey had its share of challenges. By 11 am, doubts crept in, and I seriously contemplated giving up. Despite my preparation, I found myself needing to catch up to my exceptionally skilled teammates. But a pivotal moment came when Athavan told me he had been in the same situation as me last year. I asked myself, what if I could pull this off? It ignited a fire within me to bridge the knowledge gap, no matter what it took. There's no shame in catching up, exploring new paths, and persevering through hardships. There is indignity in running away from these problems. By 5 am, I returned home, proud of the progress made. Heartfelt gratitude to PharmaHacks for the opportunity and to Oliver Bejjani for his invaluable support. 🙏 Now, onto the next challenge! I've joined the advanced real estate HEC and Concordia case competition, diving into the deep end despite lacking prior knowledge. Because what better way to learn than by embracing the deepest pressures? Bring on the sleepless nights, the endless hours, and two teammates abandoning at the beginning.
