Justice and equality must be implemented in an ideal society.

Today is Zero Discrimination Day, a global call to action to end discrimination in all its forms.  At Includovate, diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of our mission. We believe that everyone deserves the right to live life fully and with dignity, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other factor. This year’s Zero Discrimination Day theme is "To protect everyone's health, protect everyone's rights."  The right to the best possible physical and mental health is fundamental to being human. This right, recognised since 1946 by the World Health Organization (WHO), means access to the resources required for overall well-being. It applies to everyone, no matter their background or circumstances.  The right to health is often misunderstood. It's NOT a guarantee of perfect health, nor is it only a distant goal. Social justice entails ensuring fair and equitable access to basic human rights and opportunities for all individuals within a society, regardless of factors like race, gender, or socioeconomic status. It addresses systemic inequalities and advocates for policies that promote inclusivity and empower marginalized groups. Ultimately, social justice aims to create a society where everyone can live with dignity and freedom from discrimination. This day serves to encourage governments, organizations, and individuals to take action to eradicate poverty, promote fair treatment, and create inclusive societies where everyone can enjoy their fundamental rights and freedoms, this will in turn foster equality, social cohesion, and human dignity. It promotes stability, economic development, and innovation, while also enhancing health and well-being. In summary, it cultivates a more just, inclusive, and prosperous society where everyone can thrive and fulfill their potential. Today, we stand in solidarity with the global community to observe the World Day of Social Justice. This day serves as a powerful reminder of our collective responsibility to promote social justice, equality, and human rights for all individuals, irrespective of their background or circumstances.
