A couple of years ago we transformed the way we hire. We stopped advertising our Open Jobs. Our focus shifted from Quantity to Quality, from Volume to Precision. Now, when I reach out to a candidate for an open role, it's never on a whim. It is a calculated move, based on the homework I've done, to see a potential match too compelling to ignore. An opportunity to share that is almost always well within your wheelhouse. What I don't know, though, are things like... Who you are, what's important to you, your job satisfaction, professional goals, skills depth, company stability, compensation package requirements, and more. These are still the missing pieces of the puzzle. And why that initial 15-20 min phone call is so important. It's not just a formality, it's an opportunity for us to fill in the blanks. To mutually decide if we should proceed further based on the notion of a potential fit. At this stage of the process... Please, Please, Please resist the urge to respond to my initial outreach with Who's the Company? I'm not going to divulge those details without having that crucial first conversation. Instead, I'll re-encourage you to schedule a call to learn more. Because on this call, we gather as much info from you as we give... Information about the Company, the role, the people, and the salary all gets shared. The call sets the tone and lays the groundwork for what's to come next. So, if you're someone who values Quality over Quantity... Send me a LinkedIn Connect Request. Let's start building a relationship that might just lead to something Amazing.

Hi Julie, I am Hiwa a resume writer and just saw your post. I will tell you some tips about your resume. It is better to include your location in your resume. By this people will know. maybe you should also what job title are you looking for. In the About (Summary) section you introduced yourself in the first line and it is great. However, after the first line, you should talk about important things that you did before. This will help recruiters see your potential. And see what you were capable of. In your work experience section, you didn't talk about the things you have done much. You had a great position as a Lead Compositioning Artist and Supervisor. You didn't talk much about it. You mentioned what you did. But you didn't add any information to recruiters. write about the number of people you supervised. Talk about how you did it. Tell how much your leadership influenced the company. How you saved money and time. By this, you show you can be a valuable asset to the companies. Try to write more about your most recent job than others. As it shows your ability the best. try to use a better template to be able to talk more about yourself. your last position doesn't have a start and end date. I hope this was helpful #resume #cv #ats #atsresume #atsfriendly #atssoftware #cvwriting #cvwritingservices #cvwriter #resumewriting #resumetips #universities #university #tilburguniversity #apply #jobhunt #jobapplication #interview
