Everyone, Josh Gerben, hope you're doing well. I wanted to show you this nifty virtual office that we have. So this is a program called Gather. It's gather dot town and what it allows you to do is go in and create an actual. Office. So this is our welcome to Gurban Perrell. I'm going to give you a tour. This is my office. You can see I'm all ready for winter. Next to me here we have Tobin and Madisons office. And if I ever want to, you know, if they're around and logged in, I can just walk into their office and establish a video chat with them. So we'll go around here. We've got a water cooler in case anybody wants to meet around the water cooler and have a talk. Go over here, you can see we have a conference room. So if we have a conference call or we want to have a meeting, we can all just show up to this room and immediately establishes video chat connections with everybody. And you go around here and just show you a few other people. We've got Chad's office, Jay Lynn, our paralegal, Charlotte our paralegal. Down here is Sophie's office, one of our associates, Cam and our marketing departments here, Lacey and Hunter. So if I want to go talk to them, I can Catherine our Chief Litigation councils here and Eric Perot my law partner is right here. So anytime I want to go talk to anybody, all I got to do is walk around the office and go find someone and basically you just walk in and you know you just knock and and someone, if they're there, they'll answer, you get a video chat going. And I find this is a great way that if you're managing a remote workforce, if you get everybody on this platform in this way, here, you can see who's available, who's in a meeting. If you have meetings, you can. You don't have to have different links that you're always going to. You just come in together and you go to the conference room or you go to somebody's office. And again, you could have six people on it, you could have two people on it doesn't matter. It's very flexible. So one of the great tools here for managing a remote workforce.
