However, to truly change human mindset and behavior, public awareness and strategic communications remain crucial. Recently, Arsen Torosyan's efforts to put #roadsafety on the public agenda have been commendable. Other public servants should follow his lead. Without public campaigns and clear messaging on how to improve our behavior, rules and regulations remain just words on paper. I shared my findings on the recalls of 2018 Autocar Trucks with Jesus's Worker Comp Attorney, hoping for a transparent and truthful response. Unfortunately, Recology Defense attorney's response left me questioning their transparency. Despite finding information linked to the VIN and license plate of the garbage truck involved in my husband's accident, I cannot overlook the corruption in how Recology dealt with the situation.
