Welcome to 76 S Bank. We're here today just to reflect back on all the successful milestones that we've achieved over this project duration, but also importantly to understand how our team within GB has grown and become better for it. We've had individuals involved from the very early design stages right through now to commissioning. We want to take a moment to reflect on just how much our team has grown and developed throughout each phase of the project. Very proud with how the mobile service rises come from. Designed to build on site, going from the initial process of drawings and getting it delivered, cranes and installed, we have grown together a lot as a team. I've learned a lot from my peers, especially with new people coming on board, learning more about their skill set, gaining from their experience on previous projects. Because I don't have that experience, it's nice to hear about what lessons they've learned from previous projects and what they want to bring to this one. Some of my personal highlights at 76 S Bank have been some of the air. Those heat pump deliveries that we did on the roof was a very intricate lift that involved near enough 30 millimetres of tolerance to make it successful. More task here at 76 was looking after the cat floors and Cathy Rises and a bit of the roof. I'm very happy with the way it when we work into a very tight deadline to meet key commissioning dates, which we achieved. It was great to see drawings come into real functioning systems. I'm very proud of the install here and proud to be part of GB team. I'm also proud to say with multiple high risk and challenging installs we've done this incident free. I'm particularly proud of the how the Cafe floors have finished up. I worked a lot on these cats floors, a lot on the fan coil units. Control of the condensate pumps were correct or the sizes were correct for the pipe. So it's quite nice to see them all finished all out, all the valves in the right place, just how I've done all the drawings. I believe team communication is also very important from this project, especially this is my first project, so I I learned a lot about team work and communication. Basically GBE at this project doing MP side, there's a lot of different contractors, so we need to deal with that multiple. Person in a day at a time. So the main thing that I've learned on this project is time management. It's definitely something I'll be bringing forward into the next project, learning about all the different documentation that needs to be filed, when it needs to be filed, when it needs to be signed off. So we're not holding up any other subcontractors. So the handoff dates are all met on time. We're at the final 5% of the project, which is testing and commissioning. This is the hardest part of the project. Looking at the heavy plant on our roof and basement builds currently, it's going very well. Let's finish off and move on to the next. CBE are so great to work with because we are open with our communication. They're very open with each other. We have a lot of discussions in within the team about what's going on on site, what's going on in commissioning, what's going on with the design. Our drawings are always updating. One of the important things for us AGB E is not just a successful delivery of projects and achieving significant milestones, but also helping build teams and individuals along the way. We want to make sure that we're not only leave a project satisfactorily complete, but also we take away. Members of our team having gained experience and come away better people for it.
