📢15-17 May - Workshop in Bergslagen Dear PhD student network members, We are happy to announce that the next network workshop is planned for 15-17 May in Bergslagen. We will do a re-iteration of the 2022 Workshop in Bergslagen for the Swedish Mining Innovation PhD Student Network, but this time, we’ll also visit Northvolt’s RnD facility in Västerås, and the Ludvika area where Nordic Iron Ore AB and others are working to restore mining in an old mining area with many abandoned iron mines. Registration: https://lnkd.in/ddV_JXHx (Tentatively 20 spots) Registration deadline: 29 February (or until fully booked). Priority will be given to PhD students who did not attend the previous 2022 Bergslagen workshop. The latter can register but will be placed on a reserves list. Detailed agenda will follow later. PhD student network members have their travels to and during the event + accommodation and dinners fully covered by the network.
