Had an opportunity to moderate a session on 'Driving Growth through Tech Adoption' during the MSME Conclave as part of the recently concluded #vibrantgujarat2024 Gujarat. While the experience of being at the grand event was an experience in itself, the privilege of moderating the session consisting of seven esteemed panelists representing the entire MSME ecosystem was invigorating. With the global economic order changing, the MSMEs are under tremendous pressure to automate, digitise, standardise so as to increase efficiencies, be compliant and remain market relevant. The entire ecosystem has to align to support MSMEs to navigate this challenge. Govt through its policies as Make in India, PLI, sectoral reforms and now programs like RAMP is trying to provide a conducive environment, however the pace needs to go up..and the push needs to be stronger...only then the dream of Viksit Bharat and the aspiration to achieve 25% contribution of manufacturing to the country's GDP by 2025 can become a reality!!

The only way to survive and Grow in the current scenario is thru the following even for MSME:- Install Solar--Roof Top or Open Access--Thereby reducing the cost of energy Be Innovative and adopt latest Technologies and try for Value addition Never compromise on Quality--Earn the trust of the Buyer Financial Prudence--We enjoy Good Pricing from the Banks
Had a participation as a speaker in the CEO's meet organised by The Institute of Indian Foundrymen at their corporate Office/ Building at Tughlakabad Institutional Area, New Delhi yesterday-20th July,2024. I was the only speaker from the MSME sector among the majority of the participants and speakers from the Medium and Large Industry Sector. MSME has to be always in a Spirited Fighting mode and a Survivalist mode. However, with Innovation in Production and HR fields helps him to beat the competition and Grow also. We have to create such an eco system where the MSME sector grows and migrates to Medium and then Large Sector so that it keeps on providing it's contribution towards GDP as well as Employment Generation.

10 IDEAS FOR IMPROVING GOVERNANCE IN INDIA 10. Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) is a conglomeration of 625 business support organisations from 62 countries now, for matching business opportunities for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Industry bodies, the Federation of Indian Export Organisations and Confederation of Indian Industry were tasked to interact with this large body and tap into their powerful database for our millions of MSMEs that contribute 30% to GDP. Yet only 6 networking events have happened in the last 5 years and real potential has not been appreciated. My suggestion was to enlist the support of all sector MSMEs in India so that they could upload the profiles in which they are interested, and arrange for joint ventures/transfer of technology/ distributorship of products etc. The 40-odd export promotion councils of the commerce ministry, 160-odd embassies abroad and industry bodies could all become enablers to speed up trade and commerce. I remain optimistic that the above 10 and the remaining 15 ideas painstakingly culled from my research and experience will eventually see the light of day in this decade. #iim #iima #ias

Trusepq celebrates International MSME Day. Today, we honour the remarkable contributions of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to the Indian economy. These enterprises are the backbone of our nation, driving employment, GDP growth, and export earnings. In fact, after agriculture, MSMEs are the second-largest employers in India, contributing approximately 30% to our GDP. Despite being the lifeblood of the global economy, MSMEs often face significant challenges such as limited access to capital, a shortage of skilled workers, intense competition from larger businesses, complex regulations, and high taxes. As an MSME ourselves, Trusepq has navigated these challenges and emerged stronger. We have thrived by embracing digital transformation tools that elevate our business, and we are committed to empowering other MSMEs to do the same. Our dedication to regulatory compliance and honouring our commitments has been pivotal to our success. On this International MSME Day, we are proud to share that our efforts have been recognised by our esteemed banking partner, Axis Bank, for our contributions to India's economic growth. Join us in celebrating the spirit and resilience of MSMEs everywhere. #MSMEDay #InternationalMSMEDay #MSME #MicroSmallMediumEnterprises #Innovation #SAP #SAPPartner #Truspeq
