Project Update: Guardian Apartments We’re excited to share the latest progress on our Guardian adaptive reuse project! With the building topped out and the tower crane removed, work is rapidly advancing to transform it into a luxury multi-family apartment community. The building's skin is being installed, and the signature fins that stretch from the second floor to the penthouse will soon complete the facade. These fins will be beautifully illuminated in the evening and nighttime hours. Check out these new photos showcasing the incredible progress our team has made.
