My take on the immunity decision: The Court got it correct...and here is why: I cannot understand how anyone cannot see that the Constitution has not and never will checkmate personal corruption, immorality and stupidity. In other words, the Constitution will not save or protect anyone or the rule of law that the people do not want to be saved or protected. Just like the Constitution has been used (“interpreted”) to defend vast amounts of historical abominations…in recent years mostly decisions written by former Justice Kennedy. The people cannot have the Constitution both ways because it cuts both ways…it can be used to kill babies in the womb and it now (and in my opinion always has been able to) give immunity to the worst human beings that have or will become POTUS. "Above the law”? The same Constitution has ways to get rid of a sitting president…beyond the electoral process. The only elected officials "above the law" are those people that THE people permit to be above the law.

Does anyone have immunity from prosecution for genocide? No one is immune from the charge of genocide. According to Article Four, perpetrators of genocide or any of the other acts mentioned in Article Three shall be punished, whether they are constitutional rulers, public officials or individuals. In accordance with Article Five, the Contracting Parties undertake to take, each in accordance with its constitution, the necessary legislative measures to ensure the enforcement of the provisions of this Convention, and in particular to provide for effective criminal penalties for perpetrators of genocide or any of the other acts mentioned in Article Three.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal has published its judgment in the case of Farrukh Najeeb Husain, where Mr Husain was struck off the roll after posting a series of tweets deemed to be antisemitic and offensive. We can finally begin to realize our true democracy if this is done...then next would be fighting corruption. Corruption, and lack of accountability. No sense of purpose to this civil rule. Self-serving politicians, and open abuse of office. Politicians use their offices to steal our resources without any form of transparency, accountability and no recourse. Let's stand up to address these menace so that we know that democracy has a true meaning. #Civilmovements for democracy.

Many a times we blame politicians and politics for the state of affairs of our country but fail to also hold bureaucrats accountable for the failures in the bureaucracy that create such haven for corruption to thrive.
