HIRING! In the last 2 years, Binge Labs has worked with tons of India's top founders, brands, VC Firms and creators organically on their video content and has hit crores of organic impressions and views, just because of one thing. HR- I have been the company's HR to date now and I want someone to come and take this responsibility. Looking for someone who has at least a year of experience in recruiting people and handling the company's culture. Video Editors- We are hiring 6 full-time video editors with at least a year of experience editing organic videos and understanding how content works more than just editing. Content Strategist- Binge Labs is a core content strategy company and strategists play a very key role here. Someone who has worked in various niches for a long time will be a good fit, someone who knows what works on different platforms and always comes up with unique ideas. Script Writer- Someone who has a knack for good storytelling and can spend good time researching the content for video topics and come up with a good video flow (both short-form and long-form) All of them are full-time jobs and require proper time and dedication. I will be honest, we are still learnings things while building Binge Labs and we are working very hard to scale it, there will be days when you will feel overworked but you will be compensated too, and there will be days when you will do no work and that's fine too.
