Impressive use of AI in Business...an integral digital team member is needed to predit future tailor made offerings and solutions

In 2020, many businesses in Egypt had to either change or fail. A leading coffee went digital and continues to thrive - here's how we helped: What’s now common with most cafes and restaurants didn’t use to be. Most are still heavily reliant on footfall, counter staff and repeat customers. When you offer customers convenience in their palm, everything changes. The early adopters of digital become trailblazers for their industry. The result? Better real-time data Measurable sales growth Less friction for customers It's been such a pleasure to watch them continue to expand. This is one of my favourite case studies for a brand I personally enjoy. Big credits to Alaa Hashim, Seif El Din Ghallab and Mohamed Y. El-Shazly who hard the foresight to build this with us.

It’s our 12th year in business. But it’s our biggest retreat yet. Just got back from our annual off-site retreat for Robusta Technology Group (RTG) with our team by the beautiful Red Sea beaches in Sinai. There, we discuss our wins, challenges, and key highlights for the year. At the same time, we get to have a lot of fun with the full squad. As I address our RTG Family, I can’t help feeling proud of our leaders and their teams. The year felt extremely long due to a challenging macroeconomic landscape. Yet, on review, 2023 was a blow-out year for us with some key highlights: ✳️ Regional operations growth and stabilisation with special focus on Saudi 🇸🇦 ✳️ Some of our favourites in Saudi: Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Tawuniya, Saudi Tourism Authority | الهيئة السعودية للسياحة, NCEC ✳️ Launch and impressive growth of Octopus by RTG (our tech talent sourcing solution) ✳️ Big client wins with Raya CX , Seoudi Supermarket, Fit and Fix, Talaat Moustafa Group, Orascom Development and more. ✳️ Successful launch of E-Commerce venture with Mazaya Egypt, leading not only growth in tech but also in Commercial and Ops - 10x growth on E-Comm sales vs. 2022 ✳️200% annual growth (’22-’23), with a trajectory to beat that in ‘23-’24 ✳️ Back to the community engagement business, launching Coworker and validating the transformation of workspaces to public co-working ✳️ Solid steps towards establishing more mature and solid corporate management structures and frameworks It’s common to glamorize and seek instant or quick wins. What’s often overlooked is steady, consistent growth. We continue to seek that balance here, while creating a safe space that get people excited to work. And with our growing pool of champions stepping up to lead new initiatives, I’m hopeful that we will report back next year even stronger.
