Self-care can have different meanings for different people, but at the most basic level, it involves taking care of your body, mind, and emotions. While taking care of your physical health can be straightforward, such as eating, drinking, and maintaining cleanliness, taking care of your mental health may require a more individualized approach. However, sometimes, simple actions that take care of our physical health can also significantly improve our mental health.
