Me 5 years before VS now.. I recently learnt how we usually overestimate what we can do in a year and underestimate what we can do in 5 years or a decade. Here are some of the significant changes I noticed with me: 1. I had very low self-esteem earlier but now I'm confident 2. I had zero risk taking ability but now I am working on it by taking calculated risks 3. I was easily influenced but now I trust myself to make the right decision 4. I didn't like being alone but now I enjoy and value the time with myself 5. I didn't take my health seriously, didn't eat or sleep well but now physical, mental, and emotional health are my number 1 priority. Curious to know what you think😌

Perfection is not in our human nature. So, you may have broken promises that you have made to yourself. The good news is today is a new day and our brains never stop wanting to learn. Consider the barriers you've faced in the past and choose an agreement you want to make now: - eating enough and stopping the habit of skipping meals - trusting your appetite without guilt or fear - paying attention to fullness cues - treating your body with unconditional love and respect - finding pleasurable way to be physically active - practicing mindful eating Now, make a new agreement with yourself. Write it out. Then, begin again.
