The benefits of Grounding, with evidence. I advocate grounding, walking barefoot on the earth as much as possible. Even walking in muddy soil or beach sand, stony paths or flat plains, they all have many benefits to our body. I'm always asking questions, researching, testing, and this morning, I thought I would share this trick I do. I sometimes buy fruit and vegetables, and then when I get to eat them, they look a bit dishevelled, but I won't waste. You'll be surprised how I rebalance my body naturally :D All in the benefits of science. One day, I had the idea, if grounding helps us, surely, it would help the beetroot, or carrots (for my raw salad). My first attempt, the slugs were very happy. However, the quality of the vegetables I put out plumbed up and looked as if I'd just picked them from the earth. I did eat the part the slugs didn't eat and really enjoyed them. Now if veg or fruit is looking a bit like it needs some earth power, I pop it on the grass and then reap the benefits. I am of course much smarter now than the slugs. The reason I share this is, if the ground can rejuvenate vegetable from s wrinkly dried out organism, to a plump juicy vegetable, then what does it do to us, when we stand barefoot. The answer is MAGIC! #naturelovers #Mentalhealthawareness #anxiety #grounding #vegetables #grounding #humor #beetroot #lovelife
