So here is my attempt to answer this question that was sent to me. I have a question - how do you get your BOARD to be more in tune with your Ex Dir. As a Staff person, I don't see where the ED is held accountable to the Board in his timeline, projects, etc. And as a Staff person, I feel like I am being made to be the scapegoat. Because the ED makes sure that the Board never comes in contact with me. My position is Donor Devel / Accounting. ED says, or I will relay all the information.
