What I learned from the implementation of the Kaizen system in the garment industry is that this method leads to quality improvement in the industry, reduces lead time which improves production, decreases costs which lead to profit, lessens time consumption which results in quicker delivery of products, and improves inventory control and safety measures. By embracing these Japanese management practices, PT. Cut Make Trim has not only elevated its operational performance but also set a standard for excellence within the garment industry.
