Design is not just what I do; it's how I think. It's how I breathe. From a small town to global projects, I've learned something crucial. True design isn't just about making things look good. It's about making them work seamlessly. Whether crafting a website or sketching a new concept, my goal is always the same. To let design serve its true purpose—functionality. Because in the end, the design that works is the design that wins. #designmatters #webdesign #codevdigital #react #nextjs

I am going into 2025 with a new portfolio! So whats special about this portfolio? Its my first time building a website myself! Previously, I have always use no code tools to do my portfolio, but this time I decide to push myself a little towards the technical end, delving into writing HTML, CSS and throwing in some Javascript where necessary. Over this 1 year, I have learn many new things as an UI/UX designer. Many things happened, from taking on various design roles within a startup to getting exposed to the realism of design in a business environment, such as working with technical constraints to the frustrations of handling expectations by multiple stakeholders. Along the ways, I have also learnt to tap on many design resources and hone my hard skills to keep up with the demands. Back to this portfolio project, its my first time doing web development and its definitely an exciting yet frustrating project! I am glad to be familiar with Figma autolayout as it translates well to using flexbox in CSS and it makes the job so much easier. It also make designing a whole new experience gaining access to all the possibilities of the toolset. Got to say designing is definitely more fun when you can build whatever you design too! (at least for simple projects, spare me on complicated frameworks and backend for now) PS. If you guys notice any bugs when navigating the page, do let me know! (I am still trying to find bugs) Link to portfolio:

Good news! 🎉 This latest version of my portfolio allows you randomly change the colors of the SVG icons on the home page. 🟡🔵🟣 Secondly, I added some icons on the mobile navigation menu for a sleeker and more visually engaging experience. And the biggest news... The highly anticipated dark mode has been implemented which I've nicknamed "Into the Shadows" 🌆 ⛩ . Reminds me of the 'Mutant Ninja Turtles' series🥷. Try it out, and let me know what you think! #webdevelopment #portfolio #frontend #darkmode #design

Day 10 of #100daysofcode This has been the most challenging project- a website from Dribbble (https://lnkd.in/ee8pWURd). Using the relative positioning for the parent div and absolute positioning for the children helped me achieve some of the layouts. Of course there were some grids and a lot of flex boxes. The rest were mostly about paying attention to detail and styling. This project was built in Tailwind CSS. #Codetraingh #CodetrainChallenge #100daysOfCode

🎨✨ Just launched a captivating fokir-inspired website with CSS magic! ✨🎨 Excited to share my latest creation: a mesmerizing website inspired by the enchanting world of fokir art. Leveraging newfound CSS techniques including transitions, transforms, and float, I've woven together a digital tapestry that pays homage to this unique cultural heritage. The use of transitions adds an element of surprise as elements gracefully morph, mirroring the fluidity and movement inherent in fokir art. With flexbox at the helm, the layout dynamically adjusts to any screen size, ensuring a seamless browsing experience for all. Crafting this website was a journey into the heart of fokir tradition, where every line and curve tells a story of resilience and creativity. From bold colors to intricate patterns, each detail reflects the spirit of this rich artistic tradition. I'm thrilled to unveil this project and invite you to immerse yourself in the beauty of fokir art. Whether you're an art enthusiast or a fellow developer, I'd love to hear your thoughts and ideas! 🌟🎨 #WebDevelopment #CSS #FokirArt #Design #FrontendDevelopment #Transitions #Transforms #Flexbox #Creativity #UserExperience
