Mutual trust is the foundation of successful recruiter-client relationships. It takes time to build, but the rewards are immeasurable. When trust is earned, everyone wins: ✅Recruiters gain deeper insight into your needs, allowing them to present truly exceptional candidates. ✅You, the hiring manager, save time and energy, confident that your recruiter has your best interests at heart. ✅The placed candidate thrives in a role that's the right fit, leading to long-term success. Case in point: Our 12-year partnership with a major Bay Area tech company. This enduring relationship is a testament to the power of trust and collaboration. It also fuels our enthusiasm when introducing new candidates to this client, knowing they'll be in great hands. If you're a leader seeking a long-term recruitment partner who understands your vision and delivers results, we're here for you. Let's connect and build a lasting relationship.

Many organizations don't have the scale to employ a dedicated IT resource(s), and that's without considering holidays and turnover. Hiring an IT Manged Service Provider allows your organization to engage the rights skills at the right price.

Don't hire a fundraising professional. ❌ A fundraising professional cares about climbing the career ladder, not your mission or culture. ❌ A fundraising professional will be gone in 12-18 months when they get a better offer from the org down the road. ❌ A fundraising professional is hired to deal with the "necessary evil" of money and that "unavoidable annoyance" that is donors...while you and your staff do the "real mission" of programming or teaching or ministering. Instead... ✅ Hire a local citizen of your cause. ✅ Hire someone who's already there. Someone embedded in your community. Someone not going anywhere. ✅ Hire someone who genuinely cares. ✅ Hire someone who will get *you* to go visit your donors. And someone who is passionate enough to bring your donors to your classroom, your campus, your shelter. ✅ Hire someone who will help you make fundraising and your donors integral to your "real mission."

While I believe the intention of this post simply means to avoid hiring someone who gets a rush from new opportunities to establish growth (as they might become disengaged and lickety split quickly thereafter)… the real advice is this: ✅Hire someone who understands data. It’s much easier to establish transparent fundraising streams when you understand the impact of efforts. ✅A professional fundraiser who understands data is going to engage with your mission and vision naturally and will be less likely to commit these 🚩🚩 because they are drawn to you ✅ Fundraising comes in many forms. But all good fundraising (and marketing) has its foundation in data. #dataanalytics #datadriveninsights
